The five-time world champion Lewis Hamilton reached his first victory of the season at the Bahrain Grand Prix.

The Ferrari pilot Charles Leclerc suffered with mechanical problem and he ended the race in the third position.

Hamilton celebrated his 74th career victory and he won third time the Bahrain Grand Prix after 2014 and 2015. The Mercedes Finn driver Valtteri Bottas was second.

The four-time champion Sebastian Vettel lost his second position and he finished the GP in the fifth place.
