Hamilton’s dream is to help talented drivers. He thinks the knowledge of technical stuff is important too.

''Not all young talents can reach their dreams as drivers in F1 and after that they will be disappointed. I think instead of it they should continue their career in this sport. The Formula One teams offer a lot of opportunities and we would like to encourage young people," said the five-time world champion.
