The CIES Football Observatory made a survey to compile a list.

Paris Saint-Germain's young forward Kylian Mbappe tops the list, and is valued at 218.5m Euros with Tottenham forward Harry Kane second on the list valued at 200.3m Euros. Neymar comes in at third worth 197.1m Euros.

Barcelona captain Messi is only valued at 171.2m Euros earning him seventh place in the list. The 33-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo fails to make the top 10 with a value of 127.2m Euros in 19th place.
